1. Dr. Andrews will examine your current smile!
When you first visit one of our orthodontist offices, Dr. Andrews will become your personal orthodontist who you’ll see at each visit! You’ll meet Dr. Andrews and get to know a little bit about each other.
Dr. Andrews will perform a visual exam of your smile and we’ll take some digital x-rays, impressions and photos to gain the full picture of your teeth, gums and jaw bones.
For digital impressions, we use the advanced iTero® digital scanner to take accurate and precise digital impressions of your mouth, without the discomfort and messiness of traditional putty impressions.
Your orthodontist will use all of this information, from your visual exam, digital x-rays and impressions, to create your personalized treatment plan!
2. You’ll choose a treatment!
At your first orthodontic appointment, we’ll help you explore your treatment options so you can choose the best one for you. Dr. Andrews will suggest a treatment option based on your needs.
The best treatment option for you will depend on your preferences and lifestyle. Dr. Andrews has the experience necessary to treat you with your preferred treatment option.
We provide advanced Damon Ultima™ self-ligating braces as well as Invisalign® clear aligners for all ages!
3. We’ll create a payment plan that suits your needs.
We’ll talk finances too. We offer 0% interest, in-house financing and accept outside financing with LendingPoint!
We’ll present our financial options, discuss our in-house financing plans and match you with any discount opportunities. From pay-in-full discounts to family discounts and military discounts, we offer a range of treatment discounts.
We’ll also calculate your dental insurance benefit if you have insurance! We accept most insurance plans, including TRICARE, and are in-network with Delta Dental. Our team will submit your insurance claims for you so you can receive the maximum benefit.
We know it sounds like a lot, but you’ll hear all of this again at your orthodontics appointment!
4. You begin treatment!
You can begin treatment on your very first visit. Why wait any longer to get started? Dr. Andrews offers Same Day Braces, so you can complete your orthodontic exam and get your braces placed (or Invisalign scans taken) – all in the same appointment.
Once your treatment plan and financing are squared away, Dr. Andrews will either put braces on your teeth, or take your digital Invisalign® scans to have your custom treatment created! This entire appointment process takes about 45 minutes to an hour. If you choose same day braces, it only takes 30 minutes for us to place your braces or complete your scans!
